UK Delivery
All United Kingdom full price orders are delivered free of charge. All orders are sent using "UK Mail Ltd".
SALE: A small delivery charge of £3.50 per pair/ item is applied to all sale orders.
We operate a next working day delivery policy and aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm the same day. For orders placed after 1pm goods will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.Please note that UK Mail cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Once your parcel has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming that your order is on its way.
If you are not in when your delivery is attempted you will receive a card through your door to say our driver has tried
to deliver a parcel for the first time, we will automatically attempt to
re-deliver your items the following working day (Monday to Friday).
If you wish to request a further re-delivery attempt, or if you wish to collect your item(s) from the UK Mail depot, there is a telephone number on the card for you to call to make the necessary arrangements. Please call the number provided before attempting to collect, as time restrictions may apply.
You may add specific delivery instructions at the check out.
International Delivery
We are pleased to be able to offer our customers International Delivery in many parts of the World.
All orders are sent using “UK Mail Ltd”.
To check delivery costs to your country add your chosen items to your shopping basket. Our system will calculate your delivery cost for you before you confirm your purchase.
IMPORTANT:You must select your country on the shopping basket page or your payment may be rejected. Click on the drop down menu on the shopping basket page.For certain countries the shipping cost is the same for more than one pair. (up to 3 pairs)
Please note for Non EU countries in Europe you may have to pay Import clearance duties. As the purchaser you are responsible for paying this cost.

For Countries within the EU our aim is to get your package to you within 5 days. For the rest of the world please allow a little longer.
Please note that UK Mail cannot deliver to PO boxes.We do our very best to speed your parcel through customs however please be aware you may be responsible for import costs which are out of our control.
Availability
Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of the issue, and your card will be debited or credited depending on the order and unavailable items.
Colours
We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photography. However, as we have no control over our customers monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website.
Furthermore, some of the items we sell have a "distressed" finish which commonly have some variety in production.
