All United Kingdom full price footwear and handbag orders are delivered FREE of charge.
When products from our Leather Care collection are purchased on their own there will be a £1.99 delivery charge.
We do our very best to dispatch orders received before 1pm the same day. During busy periods as well as during Sale and Black Friday this may not always be possible, however be assured we will send your order as soon as possible. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed on a Friday (After 1pm), Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday, and in the case of a Bank Holiday orders will be sent the day after the bank holiday. Our Couriers do not collect from us on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays.
We also ship internationally all over the World.
To check delivery costs to your country add your chosen items to your shopping basket, click on the drop down menu in the shopping basket, and select your country. Our system will calculate the delivery cost for you before you confirm your purchase. You can also use our handy delivery cost calculator on our international shipping page.
For certain countries the shipping cost is the same for more than one pair. (up to 3 pairs)
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services, "DPD" Partners to "Interlink" or DHL. Please ensure you enter your email address and telephone number correctly when placing your order, as an incorrect email address or telephone number may result in you not receiving your order confirmation or tracking details.
Please note if you are based outside the UK you may be required to pay import duties.

Please note that all orders shipped from the UK to the USA are subject to U.S. import regulations. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Recent changes (2025) to the U.S. de minimis threshold (the value under which goods can enter duty-free) may affect whether your order is subject to these fees, so we recommend checking current U.S. customs guidelines before purchasing. If these charges aren’t paid and the package is refused, the carrier will return it to us and any return shipping or handling costs will need to be deducted from your refund
